I have three properties in Bristol (care homes) that require gutter & gully debris removal.
We are extremely busy at the moment so I might be interested in subcontracting this out to a local window cleaner/s who have the experience & equipment to carryout this work to a very high standard including working safely so as not to injure themselves or others. Ladders will be required along with an efficient guttervac system to approximately 30-35Ft all work will need to be carried out to the agreed specification and a work satisfaction document signed  by management at the completion of each care home. Proof of adequate public/employers liability insurance will also need to be supplied.

I can spend some time with anyone who is interested in providing me with a quotation for this work so as all parties know what is expected of them whilst carrying out this work.

The work is ready/needed to start asap so you would need to be able to start this work as soon as your quotation has been accepted. I would guestimate that this could be completed by two window cleaners in three days and a suitable guttervac system WILL be needed for at least one of these properties.

I am happy to answer any questions over the phone and to do a survey of each property with an interested window cleaner.
