I would say easy  ,  but if you dont have the various tools lined up it might take u a bit longer the first time .
See in the pic  ,  it has three outer bolts attached to the body  ( green tips on them )  . They hold the metal plate which the 5.7 is attached to ( its actually a 5.7 adapter )  .
So undo the outer bolt nuts and the motor will come off still attached to its adapter . You then just remove the three bolts on that to remove the motor .
I think i use about two wrenches /sockets ... and perhaps a long nose pliers to hold on or two of the nuts on the adapter plate while removing .
It becomes obvious when u do it .
Wires ... the two black wires pull off the motor and the green earth is on a little screw .
Its a very well build machine  :)

John have you any tips on servicing as mines 6 months old now.

I dont think so  , i would no expert on maintenance services though , i more of a fix it when it goes bad guy  .
But six months sounds like a very short time to me  for anything to need replacing unless your unlucky .

It couldn't be easier to get in  ... just undo the two bolts in front and its free to open  ....  open it up and put a chair or something behind it to rest the top on .
I haven't removed the pump yet  ...  the pump is standing on its head on a rubber mounting plate for shock absorption , i sure it just four bolts holding it  , should be straight forward  .  You can see the top of the pump motor in the bottom right of the  pic  ...  metal thing with red and black hose running over it .
