Thanks for the feedback, As mentioned previously, Selling the work is something I'm considering,  Once decided I will defo get back to you guys who are interested

If I were to sell, I would sell in small sections/all jobs with one managing agent at a time

Its good priced long standing work, I have a good relationship with the managing agents and occasionally asked to quote new work, hence the reluctant sale,

Hourly rate varies from £50 - £125 per hour, Smaller jobs which take an hour to complete work out on a higher hourly rate...

For example

London area
Job 1  £125 takes between 45 mins - 1 hour to complete , 3 floors
Job 2   requires rope access & small amount of 60ft WFP, works out and WFP 4 hours labour max it on the upper end of the hourly rate,

Berkshire
Job 1  £190.00  2.5 hours to complete, 5 floors,
Job 2  £75     1.5 hours, 2-3 floors,

Parking on all sites

Thanks for the info Steve.

Is that you working on your own or with two operatives? Is the work done through estate management companies?

Thanks
Tom

Hi Steve

I sold my commercial business couple years ago, best decision I have made all that clerical work the early mornings, often the demands of  when work needs completing, on this time this day, all no more

Sold it for a years value, paid mortgage off, 2 years down the line still in contact with the buyer, his more than happy

I just focus on domestic now and more than happy,

The guarantees are difficult but his young and took a gamble and it paid of for him as his had good leads and an increased in new customers
