Where do you

Source your vans.....? I'm looking to replace one of my vans and I think mostly due to it's spec and limited numbers made by the manufacturer I'm having great trouble trying to find the best example. I'm not interested in buying brand new but would like to find the best example for it's age due to the fact that once fitted out it'll be a working w-f-p van for the next 5+ years. The van in question would be either a Ford Transit 330 swb low roof or a Ford Transit 330 mwb low roof, lowest miles as possible clean & tidy with no rust showing, (06-13 plate). Once I've bought the right van a lot of preparation/modification will be made before shifting my w-f-p system into it from the existing van. I'm going to put it into a spray shop and have the under side sprayed and made more rust proof, this'll extend up above the wheel arches and any other areas prone to rust.

What would be helpful is a few links to where these vans can be sourced as I'm finding them extremely limited nationwide.

I gave up on a 330 swb 330mwb low roof.

310 was even worse to find or 300 model if you like.

About a year ago some 200 come up for sale as buntree was selling off ex lease vechicles.

The ONLY method I found to be a success was using the van trader APP for iPhone and searching daily.

I gave up and bought a new transit custom in the end. Best move of my life (concerning work)

Matt.

Personal preference really mate.

I like renaults me self, the bigger the van the more fuel you use. I have had Clio vans kangoo's vans and trafic vans off renault,

I do like the new trafic van, new shape more room in the back, looks really nice, and I think it's more Eco.

Not 100% but am sure there less than 12k new plus vat.

The RAC use 330 . saw a lot of them in auto trader when I was looking.

We had 335before that. Not found the 350 any more thirsty but that's prob down to 6 speed box. We're constantly hill climbing.
