Iv recently spent loads upgrading my traditional kit as I'm picking lots of restaurants and shops.
For me this is the best kit-
- Unger ninja bucket on a belt with ninja squeegee, moerman bi component T-bar with moerman proclean microfiber sleeve.
Not many like the ninja squeegee but if you cut the rubber to just the right length your left with little or no detailing to do.

- Any 20 litre bucket with glass gleam 4 mixed with pure water.
Absolutely fantastic is glass gleam 4, helps squeegee glide across the glass effortlessly and leaves a really nice shine.

- Winspray jumbo pouch and unger bottle holder.
Loads of room to keep scrims and microfiber clothes in the pouch and the bottle holder is very handy.

- Spray bottles.
I have 3 ready made bottles, one with pure water and a tiny drop of gg4 mixed, one with virosol diluted with pure water, one with clover tar and bitumen remover which is solvent based and very good at removing stubborn stains.

- Telescopic pole with unger padholder attachment.
The pole comes In handy  for so many things, from squeegeeing windows to gutter clearing.
Any hard to reach internal windows I now screw on the attachment, spray the window with the pure/gg4 mix and Polish with an unger polishing pad. Works great.

- Glass scraper.
I try not to use this to much for risk of scratching but it is good to have it and sometimes necessary.

12" or 14" squeegee, and a 6" squeegee for small openers.
Scrim or microfiber cloths, a clean large towel to cover carpet when squeegeeing patio doors to catch stray drips. A T-bar and microfiber sleeve, a spray bottle (I prefer not to take a bucket of water inside so no chance of spillage) and shoe covers. Maybe also a small extension handle for odd windows that are a stretch to reach.

Inside kitchen windows I always use a green scotch pad as it`s always the hardest and dirtiest.
Also shoe covers are useless when you wear size 14 boots so I use old shopping bags.

I just carry a pair of Crocs in the van.
