I'Ve cleaned similer, pressurewashing was too  aggressive and rounded of the edges, I used hypo in a bucket with a soft brush, then rinsed off with a fan jet.

This is how Idid it and got really good results

cheers mike , i found a local farmers supplier that sells hypo 20 ltrs for £12.60 not sure if its + vat, probably is.

I use hypo on nearly every job, it's brilliant stuff

If you are getting into pressure washing its a must have chemical. as an example here's a  Yorkstone patio I cleaned, after pressure washing it looked miles better but the lichen was still very evident, this is a test area I did too convince the customer to pay for an application of hypo

Do you apply hypo and leave or do you apply it and reclean

Apply, dwell and rinse off - if needed re-apply maybe stronger. Different surfaces may need a carrier or thickener to aid dwell

In this do you mean things like fairy on baby lotion which helps it stick to surfaces? I've used hypo quite a few times but never added anything to it to aid it. Cheers
