Hi , Got a 21 inch mosmatic rotary cleaner with gx390 pressure washer had it for a few years. The mosmatic starts to spin then slows down then stops, not what it used to be. I have bought a new swivel but just the same, I have checked the pressure and flow rate no problem with that, massive pressure coming out of the jets not blocked, I have a new rotary bar coming but cant see its that anybody else had problems with this?

Is the arm bent ? Have you checked the nozzles as some have built in filters. Does the pressure drop off on the gauge on the gun and the same on the FSC ? It would seem to be a pressure start then the flow drops off but if not then - well ? I'd connect the washer direct to the swivel by-passing the trigger and hose and get back to let us know what happens. Hoses can delaminate internally and create this type of fault.

One of my favourites - built before the days of Catalytic converters so it runs good on regular gas
