slightly off topic when m heart nearly gave up 5 years ago I dint know the symptoms of a heart attack I thought I had a cold and if I had sneezed I would not have gone to the doctors.
I ad a sore throat hot and cold sweats and felt really really down like I had been thrown down two flights of stairs...
went to the medicine cabinet but was too shot to reach the paracetamols so reached for the aspirin just six inch's lower and I would have died guzzled two and went to the doctors life saver or what.
moral; so buy a pack of aspirins 75p in the shops and keepem at home or in van look up yahoo health to check the symptoms they are different for men and women and look after yourselves .
oh and after a full recovery I am still on the forum here to give out folksy wisdom
