Hi guys I'm getting a ppm reading of 24 after ro, my resin isn't lasting long should I change my 4040 ro membrane. Cheers

Have you tried adjusting your pure:waste ratio?
You wanna be looking at 97%.
I'd guess less than 90% before looking to change.

Adjust the waste till your lowest readings are achieved.

Mine is about 60/40 but it depends on a lot of things.
TDS inlet being the biggest factor.
If you're on a meter being another.
& How quickly you need to produce pure probably make up the holy trinity of 4040 RO's.

Membrane is 11 months old the previous one lasted 4 years
