Servicing and repairs
« on: February 04, 2015, 06:23:44 pm »
i called ashbys at sittingbourne yesterday... Asking if I can bring machine for servicing etc... Only to be told we are very busy tomorrow.. Not sure if we have the time to do it... Ok I said .. When will you know... "Martin is away from his desk at the moment ... "
No problem can you ask him to call me to discuss when is a good time to bring in the machine...

Still waiting for a call back ... I guess they are far too busy and rich enough that they don't need my £££...

So my question is ... Who else locally services/repairs ninjas that aren't to busy and would be happy to look at it ( Greenwich

Thanks guys

They must have the worst customer service ever. How they make money is beyond me. I`d never buy anything from them ever again!!

Chris

Please tell me you didn’t leave the machine in the van over night for the past week….!! And it’s only a service you want!

Clive they must be doing something right! Though I would use them if pushed hopefully parts on the shelf! ;)

I'd give chris a ring at Alltec it wouldn't take you much longer to get there than going to sittingbourne.

almost bought an enforcer, but have to admit too many comments about their customer service, which put me off.....
hence black storm arriving on friday/mon..............  never had anything but great service at cleansmart!
