Tlwcs+1 on that,

As a time served engineer (like myself) job work history dictated decision making,planning and gives you confidence, others have not had that experience of simply not confident or do not want to run a buisness on their own.

Yes, on the surface, anyone can clean a window, BUT it's about cleaning them time and time again at a speed that earns money, being out in most weathers and the real biggy customer relations..

Without it, they can't clean anyone's windows, either. 

Even if they are in a van with you, what are you going to do, blindfold them so they don't know who your customers are?

 i sacked an ex employee so right away he starts up , imitatin me,same colour van ,saying im his brother-in-law and canvassin my customers.

but he hadnt my list so after a week or so he forgot who my customers were  and was doomed from then on


Pretty cr@p employee if he can't remember the customers.. ::)roll
