ive just set my self up to clean drives what would you say the ideal time is to get leaflets out there thanks jason

I would say no time like the present pal, get out there, deliver now then again every 4 weeks. Eventually when someone wants there drive or patio cleaned yours is the name they remember as they have had 2 flyers previously. Never a bad time to promote your business

totally agree Kevin. I also have different leaflets for summer and winter. It sometimes takes 2 or 3 drops before anyone may call. I usually do the first call at a reasonable rate and I tend to pick anything between 3 to for 5 jobs on the same street or road. Get yourself a banner or A board made, great for advertising when you have completed a job.

If you want the honest answer it would have to be never. One of the worst ratio to job methods is flyers and very rarely worth the effort Put in same hours door knocking and you can multiply by 5 or even 10 times the jobs that flyers bring in  ..Do yourself a favour and learn to canvass.
