Good afternoon.
Before I start, the reason I'm posting my question on this forum, is because i want the advice from my fellow window cleaners, and not directly carpet cleaners.
So this message is for window cleaners that also clean carpets.

So, I have recently started to advertise carpet cleaning and have been sub-contracting it out to a mate of mine.
It's not quite worked out as expected with him and have lost a couple jobs due to bad communication from him. I have a very large customer base and already had a large amount of work come thru.

I've decided to employ another member of staff solely for carpet cleaning and need to send him on a course, which I'll also take myself. I have done basic carpet cleaning before but would like to be fully trained as we have very large contacts already for commercial windows and I will be targeting them for carpets.
I've searched for training courses but only found one in Leicester, which isn't ideal as I'm in Somerset.

So do you know of any courses in the Somerset/Devon area?
Again, I've swerved the carpet cleaning forum because they probably don't want additional compition from a window cleaner :)

I reckon if you ask on the carpet cleaning section, you will get the answers you need.

I don't do carpet cleaning myself, but I do browse on the cc section sometimes and read their posts, and it seems as though they are quite a helpful bunch of guys on there.
