Window Cleaner Pro

Hi, just got myself a new laptop. Downloaded Windowcleaner pro. When i try to update the latest version i get this error.

Error opening media file. Please move this file to an ascii-only path like c:\

Log: C:\Users\Ashley\AppData\Local\Temp\i4j_nlog_3

Any idears????
