When informed all custies no more collecting about a year ago, got one in the middle of 4 houses, says "We don't trust online banking, we don't do cheques, don't like idea of standing order so  text us when you're coming and we'll leave money out the back".
Reluctantly agreed 'cos didn't want to break up the run.
Tried it for a while but they took ages to reply to texts sometimes 2 days by then it was too late. So either skip or go back and collect.
Turned up one day (forget to text) wife was in (unusually) sees us next door cleaning and gets a bit arsey "You were supposed to text us and I haven't any money so you'll have to come back etc.."
Anyway decided to skip them, they're now badly in need of a clean about 3 - 4 months so gets a text "Are you still cleaning windows? Let us know and we'll leave money out for you."
Replies "Can you send a cheque, pay by BACS, or Standing Order as you know we can no longer collect, we have so many customers it's too difficult to arrange leaving money out as we never know exactly when we are coming because of the weather, plus leaving money out is not secure."
Reply "O.K let me know when you are coming and I'll leave a cheque out for you!!!!"

Retards post the cheque clean them leave a SAE even put a stamp on it if they don't send it inform the neibours why you no longer do the other, I always tell neibours my little story's and most of the time there on my side

Suggest to them that if they don't trust online banking they can pay your bill by bank transfer or bill payment at their own bank when they next go in town

Hi Positivity, you have given these messers other easy options to pay as you have explained to them you no longer go back to
collect, they said no, so you agree to text them so they can leave money out ( their idea) and they are still messing you around,
I just think that they are very selfish and have no respect for you, and are just not worth going to the trouble with anymore,
Just tell them that they either use one of the options to pay you as you suggested or otherwise you will have to drop them, tell
them you tried their way and its NOT WORKING, so its your way or the highway.

I have quite a few that I text the night before and they leave money out for me.

If I could choose I would have all my customers do that. Cash is king. Haha.

No good if they still mess you about though.
