Same for me, spring and summer is the new christmas these days, christmas brings in the time wasters booking up will nilly then cancelling at a moments notice, no thankyou ! Prefere to be steady away in the summer months, I do most of my comercial maintenance jobs this month so only book in regulars at this time of year, ive learnt that in the past years you get plebs mzking bookungs then cancelling the night before

Unless they were regular customers known to us, any one who booked right up to xmas had to pay a deposit anything from £25-£100 depending on size of job booked.

This sorted out the time wasters from the genuine.

Customer cancelled her next day appointment at 11 pm last week.Reason ,hubby going to his xmas party.Now she has the hump with me as i am fully booked till after xmas.Have to admit it gives me a little satisfaction letting her go....bye
