vistaprint con?

Maybe it's my fault but just realised vistaprint have taken £10.88 x 2 out of my bank oct and nov.

Just ordered return address labels and business cards other month but being charged for subscribing to a website.

Have read about vista taking money out of people's bank accounts
On here cannot remember why.

Just seems sharp practice to me.

Ive never had a problem in the five years ive used them . They do have a contact phone number on their website , give them a buzz and theyl sort it out with you .

Same thing happened to me, was paying £10 a month for 8 months so sent them an email saying i didnt make a website and must have clicked it by mistake so they refunded the money back to my account and sent me a £50 voucher to use on vistaprint products.

I'm sure that happened to me as well it's the way they setup there web page, it said click to view what your website could look like or something so the curiosity got the better of me 😄 next thing you know I got an email saying you made a payment to Vistaprint.
I got on the phone and they apologised immensely.
