Hi,
could not agree with more with denise, I started out just doing domestic ovens, did well for 18 months then the world and his wife started doing it for 45 quid a pop, its chemical, adgetate, dwell, scrape, rinse, polish, we only do commercial now, kitchens, extraction systems, builders cleans, pest control, the oven cleaning game can open some doors to bigger things, if you are good at adapting and willing to invest in equipment, as for the steam I recently purchased a dry steam cleaning machine, its a beast, delivers dry steam at almost pressure washer ferocity, but its only good for commercial work, domestic oven cleaning is hard work, especially because they want to stand over you and see what they are getting. My advice is, strong de-greaser, strong de-carboniser, get in, get out.
quick set up on site, have tank already heated before you get to first job, only take in what you need, mat, scrapers, trigger sprays, blue roll, micro fibres, bin bag, silicone polish, cheesy fridge magnet.
