problems putting in george code

hi i am trying to put my new reg code in the george site  the code it has given me is 9 numbers but the system wants 10 numbers any ideas

My serial is only 9 digits ie 000-000-000 are there any spaces or dashes in it maybe

it has 0000 000 000  ??? plus i am running out of trys before it runs out

Are you running the latest version of george ?

just a thought but as they dish out serial numbers maybe they have got to another digit the latest version is 3.69H

i am running 3.39h and have also sent an email to them  just a bit wooried they my say i have not paid and i may lose all the work i have put in as i onlyhave 11 times left to log in as i keep tyying to log on my number    this is p###### me off  thanks for your help lads if you have any more ideas?

here's another thought of which i did at first leave George running don't switch PC off (only temp measure i know but still)

George will accept either 3 or 4 characters at the beginning of the Registratin code.

Why didn't you contact me direct?
