quick question for all you george users
i have a job that gets done every 4 weeks and is x amounts of pounds
now every 6 months i do the insides as well as the outsides so the price is higher how do  get george to tell me when the 6 monthly internal clean is with the correct price for the 6 monthly clean

You could probably book the 6 monthly internal as a separate job.

No if you go into Change Frequency you can choose day(s),week(s), month(s) etc. from the drop down box as you please to suit the frequency you require.

If the address is for example 1 main Road at £10 every 4 weeks, enter a 'new job' as '1 Main road, internal' at 26 weeks.

Just make another job with the same address but titled 'Insides' Job done.

You will know the difference between each of them as the internal window clean should be much more - we charge twice the external clean. Just put it in the notes section.

We also add a third job for the same address if they want an automatic gutter clear, facia, soffit and gutter clean once a year.

so what if a customer requires internal done lets say when i clean the external  1 month and they say can you do the internal next month so i need to book it in how would i do this as i have a few like this they book in for the following month

Put 'Internal' in the Street name section. ie 'Main Street - Internal'.

I have one customer that I charge £24 to clean the windows and sides of the conservatory and every 2nd visit I clean the con roof for an additional £20. So In george I have the house marked as £24 and when I do the roof and get a cheque for £44 I just tick it off as paid (£24) and mark the additional £20 as a tip. Easy way for me to do it and as tips are just as taxable It keeps it all legal.
