Head out of bedroom window "Didn't you get my email."
"No, Internet was down this morning."
"Well, we've changed our mind. We don't want to pay online, if you phone us the night before we'll leave the money out for you and we've decided we don't want them cleaned this month, we want you to start in November."
"Right says I, gets in the van tears up the contact details."
Phone call today "When are you coming to clean the windows?"
"Who are you? Where do you live?"
Tells me.
"Oh yes I remember now you said you'd changed your mind."
"No, what it was we remembered we were going on holiday and for the first time we took the car and parked at the airport and we didn't want the house to look nice while we were away!!!!"
As if burglars only rob houses with clean windows!!!

Maybe prejudging but don't think these are a keeper

1. When u text / call night before you will get there clean so leave em this time
2. Penny pinching as no point in having clean windows when they're on holiday
3. Messers as in they gave u hardly any notice of "not this month to start"
4. Think you only have them as a customer "when are you coming to clean our windows" not hi this is Mrs Wereallgoingonasummerholiday when are you coming to clean our windows

5. I may be wrong but experience has taught me all the above is possible
