Hector   If I am to be completely converted to this dark power you have put over me how do I clean stairs and upholstery with my New Rotary

I was considering spending on New Kit but if I can get away with a hundred quid plus bonnets etc so much the better

Well Ian, I agitate the pre-spray with a hand brush, both on stairs and on upholstery. Then I have a hand held op machine with a cotton bonnet on to extract after a short while.

I used to go to a local charity shop and clean 3 - 4 suites for them for free whilst learning what worked best. It gave me the practice and the experience of what worked, and helped them to sell the suites, as they were clean.

 ;D

Dynamite or Semtex?

Can you, will you share with us what you use for upholstery cleaning ie kind of buffer, pads, even solutions?
