Here's some payment terms in a tender submission.....
The Contractor shall submit one invoice to the Client annually in arrears. Each Invoice shall be submitted in April and shall be submitted for the previous years work.
The Client shall pay the price of the services each month in arrears and based on 1/12 of the current years contract price. The annual invoice shall set out the site at which the services took place and the time period for the services which the invoice is related to.
I think i'm reading it right. You bill after a year then get paid Monthly?
Anyone think thats very harsh terms or is that normal with some Contracted work?
