Cleaner planner - search the forum for some decent threads

May also be intigrated with a vehicle tracking system to give better route planning

Thanks guys and hi Spikey.

Of course I would say this ;) but Cleaner Planner really is a great fit for multi-van operators. You can set up each of your lads on the mobile app (iOS/Android - it's in the app stores) and assign worksheets to them from the PC. All they need to do is "Download worksheets" at start of day, tick off jobs as done/missed/paid while out and about and then "Upload changes" at end of day. The app works offline while out and about so no worries about 3G signal, they don't even need a data plan as you can sync over wifi before you head out and when you get back to the office/home.

Once the lads have uploaded all the charges, notes and payments for the day appear on the worksheet on the PC for you to review and amend if necessary before submitting as final (i.e. the lad's data doesn't go straight into the system without your approval - crucial for employers IMO). You also get the payment totals at the top broken down by method (cash, cheque etc) so you can check against what the lad gives you before submitting everything. You can also track user/van turnover and even drill down into who did what job on a given day if you have a customer query.

On top of these core features you've also got SMS and GoCardless integration, email invoicing and lots of other window cleaner suggested features :)
