Pricing question
« on: September 22, 2014, 09:30:41 am »
Hi

I have a contract with a company that's expanding to another town and they have a premises in another area close by.

I have only one of the premises so far but I obviously want the others, would a strategy if decreasing the price per premises maybe work?

If I get one other then drop the price by 50p per person per hour and by another 50p per person per hour if I can have the other one?

Thoughts...

Hi Martin
Do you need to reduce your costs? I would be of the opinion that buy streamlining their suppliers and one point of contact is saving enough. If there is a facilities manager involved in will only need to have one meeting instead of 3. Maybe offer a price match on the new sites and then everyones happy.
