It's a scam and the only way to get it off eBay is to make silly bids on it... Feel free to bid, the scammer will soon get the message !!

Yes it was mentioned on other forum that it was a scam, not sure how one would know without going to check it out though.

If you pay the seller 2k money transfer upfront you will see & feel the scam :'(
