check your website CP you might already have this installed or as a plugin. or just use divert to your normal email from the CP.

i would just use one with your personal name as people will like this more with gmail or outlook.com

I have about 20 domain names and every one has it's own mail address. It depends on whether your designer has hosted your site with a provider that gives you email as standard. If you can log in to your hosting account you can access the control panel (either plex or cpanel) and look for email settings. If you haven't got access to your hosting account I would sack the web designer. ;D

Oh no David  :o

Have you seen the havoc a client can create when they "play about" with the back end stuff?  ;D

Any decent web person would set the accounts up for them anyway (so I guess you are right - sack 'em if they have not).

Try Mozilla Thunderbird - It's free, works great, is almost as good as MS Outlook - and I suspect you can easily hook it up to work with  info@windowcleandirect.co.uk
