Hi

I`ve converted over to WFP back in October 2013 and shortly after the street was put onto water meter but have yet to receive a bill from water board for water usage.
I`m filling a 500 litre tank every night and was wondering what others find the cost to be of filling their tanks and the cost of water wastage {down drain} per day/week ?

Any information would be helpful

Estimated at around £10 to produce 1000L

That's on a water meter and allowing some
£ on filters.

Get an external usage water Meyer fitted for your business. No sewerage charge for the water through it. Sewerage is more expensive than the water. Saves us £££££££££'s.

I got an external meter as was worried about cost but when I told Water Co they put me on a commercial tarriff and charged me VAT for whole consumption including my domestic usage but they gave me a discount of what was worked out as £20. So a bit out of pocket. So don't bother unless you use lots of water. My work consumption was 20 cubic meters so not much.
