Yeah, doing more and more commercial. Looks easier than just pre spraying then going over with a machine.  Good to eliminate a man who just pre sprays, and use one of these machines.

I looked at one last year but to be honest thought rhey were over priced for what they are! A cheapish rotary with a spray attatchment, I bought a chemstractor ten years ago which is an all purpose machine , cost a bit more but still going strong, you can bonnet clean with it with the 50psi spray head
you can clean through the brush with its solonoid drip feed or through a pad, you can extract as well as it has an extraction ring and also clean upholstery and stairs hwe
all in all its a very universal machine and built to last, you would be better trying to get a second hand one as unfortunately they no longer make the same model

I’d noticed The dynamax and low moisture cleaning is not recommended for domestic work! now they tell me! Must have done over 150 voids in the last year! Not one complaint! not that I have there machine!

Got a chemstractor love it on big open spaces saves loads of time, bonnet areas which have light soil then switch over and rotary extract bad areas. A lot easier than using ninja on open areas.

Only down side is its dam heavy but solid and well made.

If your looking for a totary that sprays speak to john at Wakefield floor care think he adapts them for bonneting.

Or for a few hundred quid you could have someone in the know attach a 50 psi pump and a sprayer onto your rotary  ;)
