Hi,i have been asked by some of my commercial clients to supply a email invoice.Is there a software for such a thing or how to i go about setting one up.Thanks.

dont you just love it when you have to other people work. can not just scan in your paper invoice into their system? you should ask if that means faster payment

Do you have microsoft Word?

Just create it on there. Insert your logo and save as a pdf file. And send that.

Save it ans you can use it as a template next time. Takes a couple of minutes.

Make your own on word or download open office, it's free and just as good.
You can have different files for different companies if you have regular ones.
Set up a cleaning folder with your word/open office invoice files then change when needed and instead of saving as, export as a pdf file and you can also save the original word file too. Put your pdf invoice in a folder called un-paid and email them with it and when they pay move it to a folder called paid, simples, works great for me.

I don't think any of the other systems mentioned have the features of QuickFile, eg when you email the invoice it shows if they have viewed the invoice, loads of templates etc
