Empty it refill, takes abit of time as water going through my 25L Di but comes out at 000 straight away !!!! And stays that way for around a year and a half, then it creeps up fairly quick which I change it when it gets around 020 👍

Old stuff out, new stuff in, fill with water, screw top back on. Make sure you have it connected properly, schoolboy error is connecting hose back on the out instead of the in. 0 tds from the off.

Then something is wrong.  What size and type of vessel are you using?

If you are using di only for water purification, that does not sound too ridiculous. I used to be di only, and when changing the resin, it would take a good 5 mins to get the water down to 0, that is with water in the tank at about 56. If you are using r/o and di, then presumably the water in your tank is not going to be much higher than 10, so it shouldn't take that long to get back down to 0.

That is quite a big vessel Danno, mine is about 10-12l i think, so the bigger the vessel, the longer it will take to run down to zero. The only things i can suggest would be keeping a close eye on the ppm so you dont have to change while out on the job, best if you can do that at home. Also, this may be obvious, but if you use a pump controller, when you are running the water through after changing the resin, turn up the flow up to the max. If you are keep it at what you use while cleaning, probably 50-60%, it will take longer. Finally, using di only with water at 90ppm is going to work out pretty expensive, so if you can use r/o too, do so!.
