To those who franchise...
« on: July 29, 2014, 06:26:13 pm »
Hi All,

I've been thinking about franchising for the last year now and I am now 100% sure that it's the way I want to take my business...

I have a few questions for those who franchise... It would be great to get some feedback if possible.

1. How did you get your first franchisee?
2. What was the initial cost to them?
3. What did they initially get for the money they paid you?
4. What ongoing % do you charge?
5. Do they pay you a % of their monthly turnover completed? Or do they pay you a set % for the work you have "given" them to work?
6. I have come across a company who charge a daily fee to their franchisees... £50 per day that they work... Does anyone else do this?

Any other info would be great to.

Thanks guys!

Andy  ;)

Speak to Ian Lancaster , he can (for a small fee) provide you with everything you will ever need.

Yeah I'm going to buy his package - just had those few questions as everyone must do it slightly different even using the package from Ian?

Rogue - do you franchise?

Hi Vin.

Is it ok to give you a call tomorrow afternoon - or is it best to drop you an email?

Thanks
Andy 😊

How do you stop the franchisee from building up their own round and doing it on the side? Thus not needing any more work from you.
