I'm not sure, I've never really thought the aqua-dapter was necessary.

Pinching the hose or unplugging works perfectly fine for me  ;)

website don,t mean nothing, the reason i ask was i have been trying to contact Steve for some time by email/phone and text plus his website. i have been told by some one that he owes a lot off money to a lot of people and that's why i was asking

For me, anyone selling a decent bit of kit like this (ive got 2), should have a voice at the end of a phone line. Its just helps and makes things quicker if probs arise? :-\
