with the money from the sale of vans and part of your round buy another newer van and fit a 500L tank and get it vinyl wrapped and sign written with a completely different name/branding.buy new stationary to match.business cards,leaflets,logo d uniform etc,etc.extreme 25 and 47 poles and aim for 4 grand a month turnover but dont be disheartened if its only 3 grand some months until your back in the zone and up to speed.

work hard and reap the benefits.price higher for new work.always do a good job and be reliable.

aim for 6 hours "on the glass" time a day say 9am-4pm(an hour for lunch/coffee breaks)5 days a week.try and keep your weekends free from window cleaning.

take a packed lunch and flask/drinks every day.

take a few days off at the end of the month when all work up to date so your fresh for the next months onslaught.
