« on: July 21, 2014, 09:55:01 pm »
hi i'm sure that question has been asked before but I was just wondering what is your average drop rate ( custys dropping you after let's say less than 5 clean ?) it can sometimes be quite demoralising being told you're not wanted anymore

I get very few nowadays. At first I got more, but I prefilters now and if I suspect a one off won't do them.

i dont generally.my round is self generating but if i get a new job in a nice posh area i will leaflet/canvass houses either side of new job! ;)

also customers drop out for other reasons.moving and death being the main ones followed by losing jobs/cant afford a window cleaner.

all our rounds are like shifting sand.constantly evolving and changing over time no matter how well established we are. :)
