Try a different set of hoses.

Our TM has a male fitting on the machine if yours is the same fit a female fitting to that without the hose and see if the machines sends out water. (hope that make sense).

If that don't work bring it to Shrewsbury and I will have a look at it for you.

Have you got a spare male QC if so connect just that to the female on the machine and see if it them pumps out water.

Check all your filters are clear.

Try taking the qc off of the machine and see if you have water coming out when you turn the pump on,if not then something is blocked between the pump and there.

well would you adam an eve it,  my floor wand, stair wand and upholstery tool (old style one which i use for stairs occasionally) were blocked. cleaned them out and sorted.

feel stupid for panicking and yet relieved its nothing serious.

just really threw me when all 3 tools didnt work.

Maybe one of your filters on the Truckmount is also chocca block with crud, hence it's getting by and clogged wand & others tools.

Mr B
If in doubt.....Leave it out !!
