Shop round with 2 bungalows. £200 average per 28 days. 10 jobs in Gravesend, 4 in Strood & 9 in Chatham. All jobs are close together once in each town & travel between areas is easy and fast. Parking costs £1. Occasional cleans for the business owners own house too but this is included foc.
The round is every 14 days with a few every 28 days. I actually like doing this round but I live near Croydon and do a 100 mile round trip to do it which is just not sensible. But this round should suit someone who is more local than me, perhaps to incorporate to an existing round in or near these areas. Established 10 months with me and 2 years from the previous cleaner.
The price is 4 x lunar monthly so £800. I am happy to introduce every customer individually to the buyer with a proper handover whilst sharing the proceeds of the round whilst doing so too. Properly documented spreadsheet details come with the round. A printed and spreadsheet file version will be handed over.
