I use aqua dapter hose. Coils all the time

yes aqua dapter pole hose is rubbish
the user is rubbish.

I find it unbelievable that a product supplier would write that and then expect to be taken seriously.

There's a book called How to Win Friends and Influence People. I suggest you buy it and read it numerous times.
totally agree.
Maybe i should have said: In my opinion the pole hose from aqua dapter is not good, but still, i wasn't expecting an answer like that from Steven!

Well thats put me off buying anything from aquadapter :(

I'll be buying a new pole soon so I was, and I stress 'was', interested in Steven's Exceed poles.

I can forgive the lack of legible typing and to an extent the lack of information and muddled replies to very simple questions but not the bizarre attitude.

I have used Aquadapter pole hose in the past. I used it for one day as I found it one step better than useless as well.

Has to be the reply of the year that!

I have made an aqua-dapter lance system. The idea is to pull on the hose to stop the flow of chemicals! Great you think? Well after 3 tugs on a brand new Aqua Dapter which i actually won as a prize its jammed and broken. So with this comment i am actually out.

I can't even be bothered to send it back, straight in the bin (may fish it out for my idea below)

As it soaked me in chemicals i should make a video of destroying it  ;D ;D ;D

You were joking - yeah sure.

Of course you are free to speak your mind just as I am free to do so also. I am also free to decide where to spend my money and it won't be with your company.

There's a world of difference between speaking firmly and 'joking'.

As a retailer it's a bit daft that you come on a forum where your potential buyers are and behave like that, whether you are joking or not!

We must speak, in a respectful manner, I work hard trying to please customers with products.
if you don't like my products, then say that, not use terms such as rubbish, just I don't get on with it for example, that is all I am asking.

I was genuinely interested as I will soon be buying a new pole.

Steven, why oh why didn't you just be straight and say these poles will be coming out soon in x number of weeks, untill we weigh them we are not sure of the weight, the price hasn't yet been decided, the clamps are a new design, blah, blah, blah but instead of which it's some type of guessing game with no straight answers or no answers at all.

All I know is you do, or is it 'will be doing' a lightweight pole, a super light pole and a super duper light weight pole, carbon that is 1mm thicker or something and clamps with a 60kg clamping force. Great info there. Tells me all I want to know.

Then there's thing with Ben.

Great product launch.

Also, one basic bit of valuable information for you. I am the potential customer. Basically, I do not have to worry if I upset you but should you upset me......

You may try and work hard to please customers with products and I don't dispute that, just try and work hard to please them with what you post instead of trying to dictate how they post which is out of your control.
