Factory Deep Clean
« on: July 14, 2014, 12:58:39 pm »
Hello,
I have just been asked to quote for a job deep cleaning toilets, kitchens and offices in three large factory units.

The toilets and kitchens are absolutely filthy with ground in dirt/grease and layers of dirt and dust. I am not that experienced in dealing with filthy deep cleans as I do domestic and light commercial cleaning - the factories belong to one of my customers. Strangely, I am looking forward to getting stuck in!!

What cleaning process/equipment would you recommend to deal with this level of dirt? I am thinking of getting a commercial dry steamer for the job. What do you guys think?

Also any idea as to how much I should charge for the job? I appreciate this is a hard one, I have uploaded some images to a private folder on Google Drive you can view them here: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B8uID3p5KDkMTnozejhVT0JNMUU&usp=drive_web

Many thanks,
Darran

Hi Darran,

what are the access times, looks pretty straight forward, how many kitchens, toilets are a doddle, no real need for dry steam on such light soiling, the right chems used in the right way would see that done in two days with three operatives.

feel free to give me a bell and I can talk you through chems and correct process.

regards

Mike
