Why are they pulling a fast one by wanting their windows cleaned at a frequency other than monthly?
4 weekly or 8 weekly.I add 20% for 8 weekly.
Because they were originally priced up monthly then they start to squirm and look at ways to save money. My round is generally set up for six weekly these days so if they don't like it then normally they can lump it.This is a commercial job that started with a monthly quote and now they want a bi-monthly and a quarterly quote.
When a customer pulls a fast one and wants a clean every other month or even quarterly? I normally walk away - do you add a percentage and keep the job?
