My friend is selling part of his round due to downsizing and his age.

The round has been established around 14yrs and are good payers.

The work is very compact and good quality as I have worked on it with him in the past.

The round consists of mainly semi detached houses cleaned on a fortnightly basis with a price of approximately £5.00 per house.

Takings are £500.00 per fortnight which amounts to £1083.33 Per Month

Sale Price is £2000.00
