David, What equipment do you use to clean the conny ?
Do not use Hypo . You are only removing organic soiling .
Viro / G101  or equivalent will be adequate

Get yourself some Virolsol and hook up to the customers water supply, Virosol is cracking stuff and very forgiving if it dries on upvc.

Tfr can be a nightmare if you dont get it off before it dries.

i wouldn't take a pressure washer anywhere near a conny roof. They can be quite fragile and easily breakable.

Def do not pressure wash, even at low pressure there's no need.

Connect to the outside tap and use a WFP.

Defo no pressure washing

Water fed pole either from a pure water supply if glass or tap main polycarbonate

Use g101, TFR, virosol, ubik before washing

David, as the lads have said don't PW either. If the seals start leaking from the roof , the customer will start pointing the finger in your direction.
If you know a good local cleaner get him to show you how to clean the conny . Ed

you can get a extended pole with brush on from maplins, boyes, wilkinsons,  around £10-£15    connect this to an outside hose from tap.,  after spraying virosol all over roof, then use this extension brush pole to get all the poop off.
then if you do wfp cleaning,    rinse with your wfp and pure water.     keeps this brush clean.

if you dont wfp      just use the other extention brush you cleaned it with to rinse after cleaning all the green algae off
