I did send you the email, perhaps you didn't get it. It was sent from my iphone, not my office PC.
Having searched through my archive folder I can't find the email you list but I obviously did send it, I don't deny that I sent it. I can only apologise if I've not got back to you. I will check back through our "report log" that was sent to the developer/programmer to see if he resolved the issue.
Again I apologise for letting this slip through the net, I obviously let you down and there is nothing I can do to repair that. I will look to find out why our developer didn't come back to you either, as often he will reply direct to resolve issue. Again, it was my responsibility to follow through, so that's not an excuse, just telling you how it is.
