Hi Radek

I did send you the email, perhaps you didn't get it.  It was sent from my iphone, not my office PC.

Having searched through my archive folder I can't find the email you list but I obviously did send it, I don't deny that I sent it.  I can only apologise if I've not got back to you.  I will check back through our "report log"  that was sent to the developer/programmer to see if he resolved the issue.

Again I apologise for letting this slip through the net, I obviously let you down and there is nothing I can do  to repair that.  I will look to find out why our developer didn't come back to you either, as often he will reply direct to resolve issue.  Again, it was my responsibility to follow through, so that's not an excuse, just telling you how it is.

Allan, I do understand, I glad you say what you said, but do not bother now with trying to sort the things around the software as I do not need it, using cleanersmate now.

To be honest I want to know for MY own peace of mind that we resolved it, I don't like leaving things hanging.  We had a German guy install it in the early days and he had a country issue, I want to make sure we fixed ALL the country issues.  The issue there was foreign language settings, but you don't have "Irish" as a language setting I'm guessing you use "English" as the setting.  I'm just curious now.

I do have polish version of windows but all system settings are in english.
