You can buy super glue remover, probably from  diy stores. Worth a try but qualify with customer first. Don't know what theses products will do to fabrics. I need to get some and have a play.
Not much else will touch super glue.

Have just tried Acetone and a lot of other solvents in the unit and nothing touched it.

Have you tried water based Nitromors paint remover ?

Dab it on, give it a little action and extract out with warm water at the same time as it breaks down.

acetone works! it just takes a while to dissolve the glue. I spent over an hour brushing aceone on to several drops of superglue on a couch. At first nothing seemed to be happening but gradually the glue dissolved. I wiped the area with a damp cloth as I went. Success............all gone :D

No its not exactly the same formulation. You can pull false nails off with a little force, if they were stuck on with super glue they wouldn't budge. Not that I wear them mind :)

Hi Guys

With any acrylic glue acetone is likely to be the best chance of removal.

They are largish molecules and if cross linked i.e. reacted will not dissolve but will soften with time allowing their removal.

You need to allow time for the smaller acetone molecules to get into the gaps in the larger molecular structure.

Cheers

Doug
