I have one of these turbos

The other day I undid the nozzle casing to check the seals to see if they needed replacing which they didn't. But since then my turbos been playing up. It'll work as normal for 10 minutes or so then it stops spinning, so I undo the case, pull the inside down,  then push it back in and tighten.  It will work for another 10 minutes and then repeat. Nothing has come loose, there appears to be no damage to any of the parts and the nozzle itself is still in its cradle.

Any ideas what's up with it? I'm guessing there's a water leak somewhere but I can't see how or where

There may be a very fine chip or scratch in the piece of the nozzle that the centre piece spins in. What I call the eye - outlet.

I was told by the service guys not to ever press the trigger with the lance anything other than facing down because the flow & pressure can force the centre into and damage the 'eye'- outlet. Very easy to miss a problem with this.

I always face the nozzle down when pulling the trigger, just wondered if I had missed something.

Prob gonna buy another one just can't afford to wait on delivery, need it for tomorrow and friday. Is it worth buying the ones you can get replacement parts for or just binning them when they break

Red ones are better, I've had a few blue ones just give up after a relatively easy life.
