Is having your windows cleaned a tax allowable expense?
« on: April 25, 2014, 12:03:18 pm »
I have several customers that regularly send me a cheque payable from their business bank account for cleaning the windows of their home.
As far as I am aware none of them are MP'S.  ;D

One customer claims back 95£ a month for window cleaning.

She holds ONE meeting a year at her manor house.

She doesn't know when the meeting will be so always needs em
Clean.

I thought she was joking. But nope true.

The claim should be in proportion to the business use, so one day a year would be 1/365 of your yearly charge.
