I have used Chemspecs liquid high heat, Rotabrite 2 Dynamall and all the Releasit range
my prefered Encap by far is Releasit DS2 pi**** on anything else

Got my sample packs of Releaseit, now to try it, waiting for an empty flat/house.
If I get one of my regular flat cleans I will leave enough time to do a free corridor for the owner of the block to compare domestic versus commercial so to speak.
Did it with the Dynamall and was impressed, more to the point the owner was very happy.
Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.

We've had good results from Dynamal (sp?). Anyone used the Prochem product (Procap?)?

Procaps is a good cleaner.

There are others out there that are as equal or better in cleaning performance and also have additional features.

Haven't used Dynamall yet but great results with Surround and Releasit.

I like Surround, Dynamall, Environ, Fusion Clean. In no particular order. My son believes Fusion clean gave the best visual appearance whilst cleaning, but all cleans need to viewed in a couple of days after cleaning.

Used Surround for the first time yesterday. Very, very impressed... Purchased 3 bottles of it from John.  Great value for money too, and the smell lasts ages.

Daren
you say great value ! How much did you pay for it ? I see the mark up is £ 29.95 for 3.8 litres
and did you use a bonnet or a pad, its just I tried the stuff a few years ago with a bonnet when john was sending out free samples and I wasn't all that impressed to be honest

We used bonnet.  I would say its on the same par with Dynamall if not a bit better, specially the smell.   We did 1200m2 with Surround and cleaned really really well.  Usual stuff, tea, coffee food stains.  Director was very impressed he gave me his other offices in Wakefield to clean.

After hoovering,  pre sprayed with surround, left to dwell for 10 mins, then went over with the bonnets.

Not knocking dynamall, that stuff rocks too!
