They have been around my neck of the woods for few years now Colin. Ive done a few jobs where they had been before. The custies say the job was ok, but they were left with the feeling that it wasn't  thorough.

seems a lot of the franchises near to me have disappeared, or a least diminished a lot ie Chem Dry, Rainbow, Service master, Safe clean i see less and less of them .......anyone else noticed this
think rainbow must have left where you are and all of them decided to come down here,  I've seen them all over the place down here and never seen them for years until recently

im not worried , in fact never been busier, just interested in yet another franchais set up the by the sounds of the comments is dooooooomed to fail.
having said that lots of people are OK at having an OK job so each to their own
