I thought the term steam cleaning was not the correct name in this Country.
I would be concerned abpot that much steam on my wool carpet.
I thought you used a Scruba,
How many times have customers phoned anyone up asking for hot water extraction cleaning?
Not many i bet,the average customer doesnt know any more than they want their carpet cleaning, they dont know the terms used or indeed the methods, all they want is a clean carpet without any fuss or work on their part.
Claim that you have cleaned 1000s of carpets.
If Trading Standards contacted you have you the evidence.
When you have national companies advertising the quality of their products as their company motto/tag line,ie "Everest, fit the best" and Autoglass "clearly a safer view ahead" why would trading standards be worried if someones cleaned thousands of carpets or not, can everest prove their glazing is the best, can autoglass prove that a windscreen fitted by them is safer than one fitted by any other firm, just the first 2 companies that spring to mind, ive seen 1 ad for a carpet cleaning company stating they've been cleaning carpets around London for 80 years using hwe
What about when a small business is brought out by a national company and they change the name on all the advertising but forget to remove the "trading since.........." bit,ive noticed this on several occasions, not to mention the firms that state "trading since...." when they haven't, all advertising is open to abuse,, when did you hear anybody say they were happy with the 3 litre car they just brought because it returned the 45mpg that it stated on the advert?
