Alan (ALS) told me it was 90 litres (I'm sure).
His photo also doesn't do his system justice.
It really does look like, or better than, some 'commercially made' systems I've seen.
Alan's an ex-engineer.
I think he told me it cost him around £250 to make, including variflow, hose and reel, sack truck, atv sprayer and pump.

hi Tosh, thanks for the compliment. the atv tank is advertised as 98 litres but i expect its 100 up to the brim. when i sat down and totted up the price properly it was more like 400 quid to make (not inc labour of course) but i still feel it was worth it because doing ups & downs wfp i was forever filling up. also i can leave it at the gate which is essential on many of my accounts( dozens of steps). thanks again alan.

als_cleaning, pop over to the DIY forum
make a bit of a post about your system and it can go in the "System Showcase" for others to have a look at, afterall most go down the barrel route, nice to see something different

60 psi pump will be fine for a good idea run a lead up the hose to a switch so you can switch pump on an off without going back to van or trolley can email pics my lead run up my hose to a controller witch clips to my belt with a variable controll total control of voltage (water) sold many of these hoses
